📦 Orders & Delivery
- CoD shipping across Pakistan via TCS.
- 4% Tax on CoD order will be applied as instructed by government.
- For accessories, Delivery Charges to be sent advance.
- For Laptop, 25% amount to be paid in advance for CoD orders.
- 2–3 business days in major cities, 4–7 in others
- No allow to open parcel policy.
- 7 Days Check Warranty for Non-Warranty Items.
- For Orders shipped via TCS, tracking Details will be shared via WhatsApp.
✍️ Change & Cancellation
- Modify/cancel order within 4 hours or before dispatch of order.
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation will only be possible without returning delivery charges.
🛠️ Warranty, Repair & Replacement
- Report wrong/damaged items within 24 hrs with video proofs.
- Claim for damaged items will not be catered without actual video.
- Product should not have any scratch or damages for Warranty claim.
- All Accessories should be present with in the box.
- The QA team will determine the refund or replacement after the inspection of product.
- Quality & authenticity checked on return.
